Preliminaries:
On Saturday, January 17th, there will be
pre-check in for the hash cruise, in Tampa, FL, in the
hospitality suite, room #606, at the hash hotel (Best Western Bay
Harbor), followed by a
Cruise Pre-Lube Hash. Then on
Sunday, January, 18th the ship sets sail out of Port of Tampa. Shortly after sailing,
and a safety briefing, there will be the regular hash registration,
followed by a hash social ending in an on-board ship photo
shoot hash trail, in full pirate garb.
Then off to our first dinner wearing the same.
On Monday, January 19th we will spend a full day at sea when there
will be a Hash Challenge, followed by another on-board-ship hash trail.
Then go dress up in your best formal attire for a group photo
followed by dinner in your
formal attire. Tuesday thru Friday, January
20th-23rd we will conduct our invasion hashes at Roatan, Bay
Islands, Honduras; Caye Caulker (Island), Belize; Costa Maya, Mexico; and
Cozumel, Mexico. On Saturday, January 24th, our final full day at
sea, we will be conducting hash games, our final on board hash trail
and a hash raffle, followed by a Swing Low Farewell Dinner in
kilts. See below for

Time: Please note, all of the
above times are in the local port's time. All 4 destination ports
are in Central Time (one hour behind Tampa/Eastern time).
Costs:
There are 2 costs associated with the
"hash" cruise. There's the hash registration (rego) fee that is paid
to the JRH3 and then there's the cruise cost that is paid to our

Hash Rego Fee:
The hash rego fee pays for 7 hashes (3
on board ship and 4 at the destinations), pirate booty (gimmies) and
the prizes for the, hash challenges, hash games and other
miscellaneous expenses. You may need to bring some beer to the on
board ship events to defray the cost. The hash rego fee, which has
been incrementally been increasing by $10 per month, is currently capped
at $200.

is non-refundable, but it is transferable, meaning you can
sell it to someone else if you need to cancel. Click

33544. Or, if you want do everything online, you can send a
signed photo copy of the rego form to dab@jollyrogerh3.com and you can use your bank's on line bill pay
system to send a check to the above address.
Cabin Cost:
This pays for your cabin only, not the
hashes, parties, etc. You must book your cruise with our chosen travel
agent or else you will not be authorized to attend the on-board-ship parties.

to download the credit card authorization form, fill it out, sign
it, and send it along with a photo copy of your drivers license, or state ID, to
Dunedin Travel, at 5002 Parrish Lane, Safety Harbor, FL 34695. If
you booked through Kathy in the past, she probably still has a copy
of your ID. The signature on the ID needs to be from the same
person who signs the credit card authorization form. If you do not want travel insurance, click

to down load the travel insurance waiver form, fill it out, sign it
and send it to Dunedin Travel as well. If you want fax these forms
you may do so by sending them by fax to 727-726-6386.
Additional Costs:
Airfare, all ground
transportation, water taxis, excursions, travel insurance, tips, pre-lube and
post-lube hashes will be optional, additional,
expenses. In addition, you may be asked to provide "some" of your own
beverages for down downs at the circle at the end of each trail.

The Hash Hotel will be the

where we've stayed in the past. Our group rates for rooms are $89
for doubles facing east and $99 for doubles facing west. Call

Our rates are good for about 3 days prior and 3 days after our
cruise. Tell them you are with Jolly Roger Group to be sure you get
in on our group rates.
Shuttles Between the Tampa
International Airport (TPA) & the Ship:
Going directly to the ship from the
airport? The cost for a transfer directly from the
Tampa International Airport to the ship is about $25 dollars each
way.
Shuttles from the Tampa International Airport (TPA) and the Hash Hotel:
The Best Western Bay Harbor runs a FREE
shuttle to and from the TPA. It runs every 45 minutes from 5 AM to
11 PM. To find out when the next pickup is and/or request
transportation to the hotel, call 813-281-8900.
Shuttles between the Hash
Hotel and the Ship: The hash hotel has a contracted shuttle that
runs between the hash hotel and the port, with optional drop off at
TPA on the return trip for $10 per seat, each way. Be sure to
reserve your seat with the hash hotel when you make your room
reservation.
Shuttles from the Ship to TPA. Unless you booked this along
with your cruise, or you are going back to the the hash hotel, you are
on your own for this shuttle.
Parking:
Parking is FREE for one vehicle per room while you while you staying at the hash hotel. It
will cost $5 per day to park there while you are on the cruise (even
if you never stay at the hotel). A
parking pass can be obtained from the front desk of the hash hotel.
Pre-Check In For the Hash Cruise:
Go the Norwegian Cruise Lines website at https://www.ncl.com/.
Come
by the hash hotel, hospitality suite, between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM, on Saturday, January
17th, to do a pre-check
in for the hash cruise and get your pirate booty (goody bag).
Cruise Pre-lube Hash: Meet for the Cruise Pre-Lube
Hash on
Saturday night, January
17th, at 6:30 PM, chalk talk at 7:30 PM. This
hash is in addition to the hash cruise, meaning you will be expected you
to make an "additional donation" to hash cash of about $10 for drinkers and
$5 for non-drinkers. Meet in the Ben T Davis Beach's south parking
lot, located at 7650 W Courtney Campbell Cswy, Tampa, FL 33607,

Its the parking area just west of Whiskey Joes on the Causeway,
which is just west of the hash hotel and within easy walking
distance.
Checking In With Norwegian
Cruise Lines: To
board the ship you will need your booking
number, a boarding pass, obtained thru Dunedin Travel, a current passport, OR a
certified copy of your birth certificate and a picture ID such as
your driver's license or state ID or equivalent. If you had your name changed, do to
marriage or other reasons, make sure you have a certified document trail with
you that links the IDs to the name change(s). You do not have to have a passport
to go on the cruise!
Regular Hash Check In:
The regular check in will be in cabin 9014 aboard
ship, immediately following the safety drill until 5 PM
(about 4-5 PM).
Post-Cruise Hash back in
Tampa:
There will a post cruise hash on Sunday, January 25th starting from
the hash hotel for
those of you still hanging around. Details will be given at a later
date as to when and where.
