Hare, RA, OnSec/Hash Cash, FRB, FBI & Brainless Award Winner (Basic Hash Trash)

Gay Rodeo Clown (GRC), my wife and love of my life, was the hare, KISS was the RA, I brought the beer, acted as On Sec, collected hash cash and took most of the photos, Chippenfail was the FRB, Just Yoshi was the FBI and KISS won the Brainless Award.

Since it was a Valentines Day (VD) trail, the hare, GRC, provided chocolate covered strawberries at the start and heart shaped pizza at the on after. GRC also gave everyone tiny plastic hearts with cute Valentines Day sayings on them and asked everyone to hang them on our clothes so everyone would have a heart on on trail. How romantic for a VD trail.

Trail kept the pack together throughout the entire trail with several count backs, doo loops and well placed checks. There were no ladies checks (darn), or package checks (hooray!), nor were there any turkey/eagle splits, as this trail didn't need any. It was structured so that runners kept getting stalled out and rejoined the walkers throughout the trail. The trail itself led us past some beautiful sights like fountains, towers, lakes, etc. This was one of the best trails I've ever have ever followed. Of course I did train the hare on how to lay trail, so that might've had something to do with it, Lol. Nonetheless, GRC most definitely picked up a few things on her own after laying 115 trails as a lead, or solo hare.

During circle at the end, I was awarded a headband/bandanna for accomplishing 1600 JRH3 trails, missing 84 out of 1684 JRHJ3 trails. And, I have a life and a wife!

Next My Invagination and How I Met My Member, who hadn't been to a JRH3 hash in over 5 years, were recognized for being GONE TOO LONG (Its funny how hashers sometimes disappear for years and then one day the come back out of the blue. We hope they come back again real soon!).

KISS won the Brainless Award for loosing her headlamp, not bringing warm enough clothes to the hash, and as our Religious Advisor, allowed the temperature to drop so much as it got dark out. But she did an awesome job of running both the circle at the start and the end.

Finally, I closed the circle at the end with a short, one verse, rendition of Swing Low - Lets Go To The Bar....

Later, while at the on after, Just Yoshi and No F'k No Bond volunteered to hare for us next Wed, Feb 21st.

All but 2 of the attendees showed up at the on after. The other 2, My Invagination and How I Met My Member, said they didn't want pizza and claimed they were going to eat next door a the Courtside Grill. They probably wanted to have a romantic Valenitnes Day dinner for 2 since they spent the earlier part of their Valenitnes Day night at the JRH3 hash. We thank them for sharing at least part of the day with us. We hope to see you again soon!

All in all it was just another shitty hash, but and awesome trail (I have to say that because my wife was the hare, Lol, but it really was awesome!).

What: There will be FREE chocolate covered strawberries for everybody! Afterwards, join us for Valenitne Day heart shaped pizza, at the on after. We have already ordered and paid for over $60 worth of pizza for you!

Safety: Make sure you bring a flashlight and/or h'd lamp and wear reflective clothing, as it will be dark on trail. Also, please carry a mobile phone with you on trail, especially if you are unfamiliar with the area in case you get lost, hurt, scared, mugged, etc. The days of technology on trail being an offense are long gone in this hash, for safety reasons.
