Saturday, January 30th - Early Check In with JRH3 & Prelube Hash

Early Check In: 5:00-6:15 PM: Meet in the pool area, at the Fawlty Towers Resort Hotel (hash hotel), located at 100 E Cocoa Beach Causeway, Cocoa Beach, FL to check in with the JRH3, to pay any unpaid fees due, collect your toe tag & get a pirate pack for $40, if you ordered one.

Reveal Your Pirate Identity: Change into your best pirate attire and wear it on trail. There will be contest during circle for the best pirate outfits.

Full Pirate Dress Prelube Hash: 6:30-7:15 PM: Meet in the parking lot, next door, just west of the Fawlty Towers for the prelube hash. A $6 donation is requested.

 Circle Up For Chalk Talk: 7:45 PM: This preset dead hare trail will be an easy 2+ mile trail with mostly streets and one beer stop. GayRodeoClown with be the hare.

Pack Away On Trail: 7:30 PM sharp: Cocoa Beach is Arrrrrs!

On After/Food & Beverage: 9:30 PMish/immediately following circle: Meet at the Sandbar Sports Grill, on the beach, at 4301 Ocean Beach Blvd. Continue wearing your pirate attire as we will be taking many group photos.

Sunday, January 31st – All Aboard Ship - Port Canaveral

Please note, the activities contained here are a suggestions only. Its your vacation, so you are obviously free to do whatever you want. This is just what we are recommending hashers do. For a complete list of activities, refer to the Carnival Capers. Its a brochure delivered to your cabin daily containing the next day's activities.

Commandeer Carnival Ship Sensation:  11:30 AM-2:30 PM: Arrive at Port Canaveral, Pier 5 and check in with Carnival. You must be on board ship by 3:00 PM. Ship sails at 4:00 PM. A souvenir photo is taken just before boarding, so if you want a group photo, plan accordingly. As you enter the ship, you are on the Empress Deck (Deck 7), mid-ship, at the Grand Atrium Plaza.

Regular Check In: 2:00-3:30 PM: Meet in the Plaza Lounge, located aft-ship, on the Promenade Deck (Deck 9), to check in with the JRH3 to pay any unpaid fees due, collect your toe tag & get a pirate pack for $40, if you ordered one.

Safety Drill: 3:45 PMish: Mandatory for all Carnival Cruise’s guests. From your assigned state room, follow instructions provided by ship’s staff. Ship sets sail at 4:00 PM.

Pre-Trail Happy Hour: 5:00-6:00 PM: Meet in the Michelangelo’s Lounge, located mid-ship, on the Promenade Deck (Deck 9) for a full "FREE" open bar. Drink copious amounts of alcohol!! Arrrrr. We’re the "Pirates of the Cari-beer-run." That’s what we do. Do not wear pirate costumes. We are no longer allowed to wear costumes aboard ship.

Commandeering Hash Trail: 6:00 PM: Depart from the Michelangelo Lounge. No running please! Look for beads on trail that can be redeemed for pirate booty on the last day of this cruise. There will be one shot stop on trail provided by the JRH3. Its BYOB during circle at the end, so, either buy a couple from a bar as you pass by, or if you smuggled any on board, stop by your cabin and grab a few.

Circle: 6:30-8:00 PM: Meet in the Plaza Lounge, located aft-ship, on the Promenade Deck (Deck 9): Bring at least two drinks for down downs. Drinks will not be available for purchase in this bar. However, there will be water & ice.

On-After/Dinner: 8:15 PM: Meet in the Ecstasy Dining Room, located aft-ship, on the Atlantic Deck (Deck 8), directly below the Plaza Lounge. Although you have been assigned seating in the dining room, this is simply for accounting purposes. The seating within our designated area, only, is open. Choose your seat and table mates. Be kind and please refrain from turning fellow hashers away by word or deed.

Karaoke Time: 10:00 PM-12:30 AM: Meet in the Plaza Lounge, located aft-ship, on the Promenade Deck (Deck 9). If lousy singing bothers you, leave early and head (who said head,...) up to the Fantasia Lounge for a show at 11:30 PM.

Showtime: 11:30 PM: Meet on the ground floor of the Fantasia Lounge, located on the forward Atlantic Deck (Deck 8). To sit with hashers, sit in the right front seating area.

Parrrty: 12:30 AM-'til way late: Dance at the Kaleidoscope Disco, located mid-ship on the Promenade Deck (Deck 9).

Monday, February 1st - Freeport Island Invasion

Breakfast Buffet: 7:00 AM: Meet in the Seaview Bistro located aft-ship on the Lido Deck (Deck 10). Breakfast up until 1030, but you'll probably want to be on the island way before then.

Pack For Trail: 8:00 AM: Go to your cabin and change into your hashing gear. Suggest you wear the event T-shirt, if you got one, and some water proof sandals, like Tivas, as your feet will get wet on trail. Load up the back pack, that came in the pirate pak, with at least 4 beers. This is a BYOBeer hash. Ice, however, will be provided. Also consider bringing sunscreen and swimwear. Definitely bring along some cash for the on after to continue drinking and for food.

Disembark  From Ship: 9:00 AM: Suggest you get in line early, about 8:30 AM, to be one of the first ones off the ship.  Have your Sign & Sail Card and Passport, or other ID in hand. You will have some time to shop in the area just outside where the ship is docked.

Taxi To Hash Starting Location: 10:30-11:15 AM: Assemble into groups of 10 or more to get $5 per person ride to the Gone Legit Bar, located in Williams Town, near the Island Seas Resort. Its about a 15 minute ride.

Arrive At Hash Start: 10:45-11:30 AM: Turn over your BYOBeer to the hares, GayRodeoClown & RectalRoomMate, so they can put them on ice and transport it to the beer stop and the end. Then, hang out in the Going Legit Bar until its time to circle up for chalk talk. Please don't bring your own beer into their bar!

Circle Up For Chalk Talk: 11:45 PM: This will be a pre-set dead hare 2+ mile scenic A to B trail. Bring your cameras along! Look for beads on trail that can be redeemed for pirate booty on the last day of this cruise. There is only one trail. There will not be any turkey/eagle splits. However, trail will designed to keep runners and walkers together. Short cuts will be given to those who do not feel like they can complete the entire trail. Suggest you wear water proof sandals, like Tivas, as you will get your feet wet on this trail!

Pack Away On Trail: 12:00 PM noon, sharp! Freeport is Arrrrrrs!

On-After: 2:00 PM-until done: The on after will be at the Going Legit Bar, back at the start. Some appetizers will be provided by the JRH3.

Taxi Back To Ship: NLT 4:00 PM: Assemble in groups of 10 or 11 to get $5 per person ride back to the ship. We will make sure taxis are available for you.

Re-Board Ship: NLT 4:30 PM. Ship sails at 5:00 PM.

Adult Only Serenity Area: 4:45-7:00 PM: Hang out at the Adult Only Serenity Area, located aft-ship, on the Promenade Deck, just aft of the Plaza Lounge, where they have hot tubs.

Dress For Formal Night Dinner: 7:00-7:45 PM. Gentlemen: Dress slacks, dress shirts and sport coats are suggested. If you wish to wear suits or tuxedos, by all means do so. Ladies: Cocktail dresses, pantsuits, elegant skirts & blouses are suggested. If you wish to show off your evening gowns, that's great too.

Cocktails: 7:45-8:15 PM: Meet in the Polo Cigar Lounge, located aft-ship on the Promenade Deck (Deck 9), just before the Plaza Lounge above the Ecstasy Dining Room.

Captain's Formal Dinner: 8:15: Meet in the Ecstasy Dining Room, located aft-ship, on the Atlantic Deck (Deck 8). Its directly below the Plaza Lounge and the Polo Cigar Lounge. This is a formal dinner, so  dress accordingly. Though you have been assigned seating in the dining room, this is simply for accounting purposes. The seating within our designated area, only, is open. Choose your seat and table mates. Be kind and please refrain from turning fellow hashers away by word or deed.

Tuesday, February 2nd - Nassau Island Invasion - Main Event

Get Up & Pack For Trail: 6:30 AM: Put on your hashing gear. Sneakers are recommended today as this will be a long one. Bring a swim suit and towel along too as there's a pool at the on after bar. No need to bring beer as its all on us during the hash and circle. But, we'd appreciate it if you did bring some to donate. Beer is real expensive in Nassau, so we will be limited on the amount we can purchase. You'll definitely want to have cash afterwards at the on after bar so you can eat and continue drinking. Some appetizers will be provided.

Breakfast Buffet: 7:00 AM: Meet at the Seaview Bistro, located aft-ship on the Lido Deck (Deck 10).

Disembark  from ship: 7:00 AM: The ship arrives in Freeport about 7:00 AM. You can disembark shortly thereafter. Have your Sign & Sail Card and Passport or other ID in hand. You will have plenty of time to shop in the area just outside where the ship is docked before we have any scheduled activities.

Hash Excursion: 11:00 AM-12:00 PM: The official JRH3 excursion is an "optional" guided tour through The Pirates of Nassau Museum. The cost is $10 per person. To walk there from the ship, go south on Charlotte St for one block. Go right, or west, on W Bay Street for three blocks. Go left, or south, on George St for one block and find the museum on the right at King St.

Hash Start: 12:00-12:45 PM: Meet on the north side of W Bay Street, in the sandy area, just above the beach, by the cannons. Its the same location we met in 2008. To walk there from the ship, go south on Charlotte St for one block. Go right, or west, on W Bay Street for about 1.3 miles and find the starting location on the right, by the cannons.

Chalk Talk: 12:45 PM: Circle up for chalk talk! This will be a pre-set dead hare 3+ mile scenic A to B trail. Bring your cameras along! Look for beads on trail that can be redeemed for pirate booty on the last day of this cruise. There is only one trail. There will not be any turkey/eagle splits. However, trail will designed to keep runners and walkers together. Short cuts will be given to those who do not feel like they can complete the entire trail. CasualFriday and Chaptized will be your hares.

Pack Away On Trail: 1:00 PM sharp! Nassau is Arrrrrs!

On-After: 2:00 PM until done: After circle we will go to the Sand Trap Bar & Grill, located approximately 2.3 miles west of the ship, on W Bay Street. To get back the ship, go left, or east on W Bay St for about 2.2 miles until you get to Charlotte St. Go left, or north, on Charlotte for .1 mile and find the ship. You must be back on board ship NLT 5:30 AM Wednesday morning! Ship sales at 6:00 AM, on Wednesday. Don't get too drunk and fall asleep somewhere!

For Those Returning To Ship Early: Suggest you hang out in the Adults Only Serenity Area, located aft-ship, on the Promenade Deck (Deck 9), just aft of the Plaza Lounge.

Dinner: 8:15 PM: Meet in the Ecstasy Dining Room, located aft-ship, on the Atlantic Deck (Deck 8), directly below the Plaza Lounge. This is casual dress; no gym shorts, basketball shorts, beach flip-flops, bathing suits, cut-off jeans, sleeveless shirts for men or baseball caps. Though you have been assigned seating in the dining room, this is simply for accounting purposes. The seating within our designated area, only, is open. Choose your seat and table mates. Be kind and please refrain from turning fellow hashers away by word or deed.

Karaoke: 9:00-11:00 PM: Meet in the Plaza Lounge, located aft-ship, on the Promenade Deck (Deck 9). If lousy singing bothers you, leave early and head (who said head,...) up to the Fantasia Lounge for a show at 10:30 PM.

Late Night Mexican Buffet: 11:30 PM: Meet for some late night Mexican food, mid-ship, on the Lido Deck (Deck 10).

Parrrty: 12:30 AM-'til way late: Dance at Kaleidoscope Disco, located mid-ship on the Promenade Deck (Deck 9). 

Wednesday, February 3rd – Fun Day at Sea

Breakfast: 0900: Meet in the Fantasy Dinning Room, located mid-ship, just aft of the Touch of Class Piano Bar, on the Atlantic Deck (Deck 8) for "waiter service" breakfast. Its the "other" main dinning room, not the one we had dinner in on previous nights. Its totally open seating. Breakfast is actually served from 0800-1000 here, but we're suggesting you meet other hashers here around 0900 or so. Pamper yourself for breakfast, at least once, and have a server take your order and bring your food & beverage to your table.

Hash Challenge: 1100 'til its completed: Meet in the Michelangelo’s Lounge, located mid-ship, on the Promenade Deck (Deck 9): It’s fun & games until someone looses a beer. Earn beads that can later be redeemed for pirate booty! Ice and water will be available.

Lunch Served: 'til 2:30 PM: Meet at the Mongolian Grill, Buffet & Rotisserie, located mid-ship, on the Lido Deck (Deck 10), by the main pool and outdoor stage.

Pre-Trail Happy Hour: 3:00-4:00 PM: Meet in the Michelangelo’s Lounge, located mid-ship, on the Promenade Deck (Deck 9) for a full "FREE" open bar. Drink copious amounts of alcohol!! Arrrrr. We’re the "Pirates of the Cari-beer-run." That’s what we do.

Smugglers Hash Trail: 4:00-4:30 PM: Depart from the Michelangelo Lounge. No running please! Look for beads on trail that can be redeemed for pirate booty during the Pirate Booty Heist, immediately following the circle for this trail. Its BYOB during circle at the end, so, either buy a couple from a bar as you pass by, or if you smuggled any on board, stop by your cabin and grab it all. We do not recommend you try to bring it back through US customs.

Circle & Pirate Booty Heist: 4:30- 6:00 PM: Meet in the Michelangelo’s Lounge, located mid-ship, on the Promenade Deck (Deck 9): Bring at least two drinks for down downs. Drinks will not be available for purchase in this bar. However, there will be water & ice. After circle, trade in your beads for pirate booty. The pirate with the most booty selects first, the second most, second, and so on.

On-After/Snack: 6:00-6:45 PM: Meet at the Seaview Bistro , located aft ship, on the Lido Deck (Deck 10).

Showtime: 7:00 PM: Meet on the ground floor of the Fantasia Lounge, located on the forward Atlantic Deck (Deck 8). To sit with hashers, sit in the right front seating area.

Breakfast Buffet: 7:00 AM: Meet in the Seaview Bistro, located aft-ship, on the Lido Deck (Deck 10). Eat breakfast and wait until you are called to disembark.

Post Pirate Invasion Hash Cruisers Hash: 6:30 PM, on trail at 7:30 PM: Welcome back Jolly Roger H3 Pirate Invasion Hash Cruisers. Meet at Hyde park, located in the southeast corner of Swann Ave & S Albany Ave, in South Tampa, FL. HotQuarterLoad, BatteredWoman & WannaEarnAnA will be the hares.
