Four Points by Sheraton Cocoa Beach: 4001 N Atlantic Ave, Cocoa Beach, FL 32931, on the night of Fri, Jan 26th, 2024. Please review the following information and contact our travel agent, Jennifer Ridenhour Travel no later than Monday December 4th to reserve your room.

Hotel Details:

Check in 3pm and checkout is 12pm.
Free Wi-Fi.On site bar and grill – Shark Pit Bar and Grill.
Outdoor pool and hot tub open 10am to 10pm.Starbucks coffee on site'.
Reminder: the hotel is a smoke free property.

All rooms in the block include:

Double queen room.
Complimentary breakfast four up to 4 guest per room.
Complimentary shuttle to and from the cruise port (must pre-register), on Jan 2th.
Complimentary parking for the duration of the cruise. (must pre-register).
Individual cancellations are allowed up to 1 week prior to arrival date with no penalty.

Cost: The group rate is $179 with 12% tax approx. $200.48 This rate is only available by booking into the Jolly Roger H3 Block through Ridenhour Travel. If you need additional nights, pre or post cruise, thereare negotiated rates for those nights as well.

If you arrive before the 3pm check in time you can check with the front desk to see if they have a room available. If they do not you can store your bags at the front desk and visit the attached Cocoa Beach Surf Company, visit the Cocoa Beach Pier, take an airboat tour, or visit Jetty Park. Kennedy Space Center is within driving distance, and I can arrange tickets and tours.

Please confirm the following details:

1. Names of those staying in your room (max 4 guests)

2. Will you be parking a car for the duration of the cruise or just for the night?

3. Will you take the shuttle from the hotel to the cruise port on January 27th?

4. Will you take the shuttle back to the hotel from the cruise port on Feb 3rd?

5. Will you need additional nights before or after the room block?

6. Do you need a shuttle to or from the MCO / TPA airport?
