Our trail today, will be a pick up hash
So lets send off the first hare, in a dash

We'll give 'em 1 minute, to set their trail
This hare should get caught, without fail

Whoever catches them, will become the new hare
And we'll give them, a minute, just to make it fair

You cannot snare the hare, that most recently caught you
Because that would restrict the hares, to only just a few

If 5 minutes go by, and the hare's still being sought
The hare should just stop, to be easily caught
(unless they want to be called a racist)

Trail will go on, for about an hour
Or until we absolutely, run out of flour

Once an hour is near, it would be very smart
If the hare would lay trail, back to the start.

Go back to the start, once an hour has passed
As this is the longest, trail should last

Repeat after me;

Breast this hare,
Blast their trail
Packus do catch 'em
Without fail

Our hares, Virgin Mobile and Cum Thing About Mary had to cancel as hare because they both weren't feeling well (flu or something). So, we used the same starting location for a pick up hash. HPV was the first hare, who got a 10 minute head start. The rest of the hares got a 1 minute head start, except for Just Morgan who got a 2 minute head start after the beer stop. Locked Up Abroad was the 2nd hare upon catching HPV, Menage caught Locked Up Abroad, BPAW caught Menage and Just Morgan caught BPAW. Just Morgan took us to the beer stop and then hared away again to take us to the end. Except nobody really followed Just Morgan's trail to the end since we all knew where we were going after the beer stop, which was back to the start. So most of the pack beat the hare back to the start. Peas On My Face acted as RA, Just Matt A was recognize at the FRB in, but since he was on a bike, the real FRB was Buffy The Bike Bitch Slayer, who aborted trail soon after leaving the start and just wend directly to the end. Since this was a live trail, he didn't need to make it to the end. The first person to the end is the FRB, period. Roachnado was the FBI and Peas drank for Virgin Mobile and Cum Thing About Mary who won the Brainless Award for bailing as hares claiming they were both sick. And we welcomed back out-of-town visitor He Whore from the TRASH H3. Finally, we name Just Eric L as "2 Rung Circus". You'll have to come out to our next trail and ask him why.

What: Running trail based on the old English school boy's Hares & Hounds game (walkers & bicyclists welcome too).

Remarks: Bring vessels, bones, something to blow and virgins.

Safety: Make sure you bring a flashlight and/or h'd lamp and wear reflective clothing, as it will be dark on trail.
