As the group started building about 6:45 PM, so did the a line of thunderstorms approaching us. I went for a quick walk around the block to see if I could find shelter for the circle at the start, but there was none to be found nearby. There was a parking garage cadi-corner that would have been perfect, but it was almost totally full already. Besides that, it started pouring before I got back. About 10 hashers just got in their vehicles and left. Some, who were on the way, turned around and went back home. But the majority of us hung around for the storm to pass, which it eventually did and we sent the hares off on trail about 8:15 PM. Because of all the wetness and sundown, since they got off so late, trail was rather difficult to follow. Its about that time when we should start bringing flashlights to weeknight trails again! Abot 1/2 mile into trail, I realized that in all the confusion of the storm, the hares forgot to get the cooler of beer for the end. So, I mad an about face and proceeded directly to the end so I could get one of the hares to go to the beer stop, where the beer stop where the beer truck was and get the cooler. By the time the hare got back with the beer most of the pack had already arrived at the end and were delighted to finally have some beer. Non-the-less the hares were strong candidates for the Brainless Award for not having beer at the end. However, Inda Linda, who drove the beer truck actually won it for getting lost on the way to the end starving the pack of beer for the 2nd time in the same night. Something about following the GPS in the van that had directions to HPVs house in it. Lol. All in all it was just another shitty trail!

Where: Meet in the left rear parking lot of the Press Box Sports Emporium, located at at 222 S Dale Mabry Hwy, Tampa, FL 33609. For a map, go to http://goo.gl/maps/eDIIY.
When: Meet at 6:30 PM, on trail at 7:30 PM.
Directions: From I-275 and Dale Mabry, in central Tampa, go south on Dale Mabry for 0.7 miles and find the Press Box on the left, 2 blocks south Kennedy. For a map, go to http://mapq.st/Y1Ki7Q.
Trail: This will be a 3+ mile trail with a shiggy level of 1, (on a 1-5 scale with 5 being the toughest
).Hares: Just Chris & Urine Idiot will be the hares.
Donations: Suggest $7 for drinkers and $3 for non-drinkers.
