the hares won
the brainless award.

Fairy and I hared the trail wednesday
and I was our first live trail. I'll confess it was actually our 4th time
running it (we are nervous perfectionists). I hoped you all liked it. I do feel
bad about Thumpers ankle and knee and also Liqours shins. Thumper got injured on
a safer grassy part of trail but we had 2 fields, a fence, and a wall to
conquer. Liqour was injured going over a ledge (however this is no surprise ;))
Chasing spies is dangerous! Swamp Nipples and Liquor managed to find and bring
back part of a waterslide to circle. Everyone thought Just Derrin, Fuckle, and
Thumper were the moles. I won't reveal who the moles actually were ;) Thanks to
Urine Trouble and YMCA for driving the beer van. My sweet cookies were shared
amongst all the hashers. Haring live is so much fun, so looking forward to doing
that again.

Spies Hash

Where:
Meet at the far end of the parking lot in front of the Coppertop Pub, located at 5112 E Fowler Ave, in Tampa, FL.Theme: The hares are the spies and will have several moles planted in the pack that will always lead you away from true trail. These moles have very good reason to lead you astray. Come see why?
When: Meet at 6:30 PM, on trail at 7:30 PM.
Directions: From I-275 & I-4, in central Tampa, go north on I-275 for 5.6 miles to Exit 51. Go right, or east on Fowler for 3.6 miles and find the Coppertop Pub on the left. Click here for a map.
Trail: This will be a 3 mile "live hare" trail with one beer stop and a shot stop (2 stops) with a shiggy level of 1.69 (on a 1-5 scale with 5 being the toughest) with no water crossings. However, trail will not be dog or stroller friendly, but work arounds will be given to anyone who shows up with a stroller or a dog.
Hares: Inda Linda & When Fairy Met Sally will be the hares/spies.
Donations: Suggest $6 for drinkers and $3 for non-drinkers.
On After: The on after will be at the Coppertop Pub, back at the start where they will a special on their healthier smoked and then baked chicken wings.
