Welcome Aboard: Ye time is nigh to start preparing for the 7th Anal Jolly Roger Hash House Harriers Pirate Invasion Hash Cruise! But first, we must commandeer a ship. Weee've selected a fine lady! The Carnival Sensation setting sail January 31st through February 4th in the year of our lord, two thousand and ten!!!!
Preliminaries:
The ship departs out
of Port Canaveral, Florida at 4:00 PM, on Sunday, January 31st, 2010.
We
arrive in Freeport, Bahamas on Monday, morning at 9:00 AM and
departs that afternoon at 5:00 PM. Then, on Tuesday we arrive in
Nassau, Bahamas at 7:00 AM and we depart Wednesday morning at 6:00
AM. The ship will arrive back in at Port Canaveral on Thursday
morning at 7:00 AM. There will be 2 on board ship
hashes, 1 hash in Freeport and 1 hash in Nassau. We will have
2 private, open bar cocktail lounge parties all included in the
prices listed below. In addition, there will also be a hash
challenge (games) for prizes on Wednesday during our full day at
sea. Below are the original prices (subject to change as we grow
closer to the sailing date), per person/double, triple our quad

The cost for cabins with balconies is subject to change on a daily basis.
Taxes and Fees:
Taxes and fees are subject to change by Carnival Cruise Lines without prior
notice.

Party & Hash Payments:
Send a separate, additional $35, per person, to Dunedin Travel for 2 on board ship parties
($25), a hash in Freeport ($5) BYOB and a hash in Nassau ($5) where beer
will be provided. These payments must be by check or
money order. The on board ship parties will include a full open bar in one of
the lounges (TBD) for one hour each.
Transfers (Optional): A transfer from Orlando International Airport to Port Canaveral may be purchased through Dunedin Travel for $35 per person (one way), or $70 (round trip)
Travel Insurance (Optional): Travel insurance is available upon request.

Do you plan to attend the pre-lube hash in Cocoa Beach, Florida on Saturday, January 30th (Yes or No) There will be a pre-lube hash on Saturday evening, January 30, 2009, the night before the cruise. We're going to meet in the parking lot just west of the Fawlty Towers Resort Hotel at 6:30 PM, on on trail at 7:30 PMish. The Fawlty Towers is located at 100 E Cocoa Beach Causeway, in Cocoa Beach, FL 32931. This will also be the hash hotel. Click here for a map.

17. Do you want to purchase the "optional" Pirate Pak/Goody Bag? (Yes or No) For an additional $30-$40 (still to be determined) you can purchase the Pirate Pak we are offering. It will contain at least one T shirt and several other surprises.
